I’m taking the Bach Flower combination n°51 to lose weight. My aunt Cathy Bonito recommended this way of losing weight, and I don’t know how to thank her. I've been trying to lose weight for over 20 years now without success. Or when it does seem to work I always gain weight again after the diet. But now I’ve lost 35,2 pounds in less than 3 months time and I start to feel better. I would like to lose another 33 pounds.

I got ill and suffer from rheumatoid arthritis. I suffer a lot from it and I have to follow a hard treatment. Thanks to Bach Flowers I don’t feel too nervous and don’t feel too much stress.
