Hi Tom,

It's been a while since I have written to you. This has been due to my lack of available time to do so.

I ordered Bach flower mix 51 in August. My problem seems to be that, initially, i have plenty of good intentions and the will to lose some weight but after one week (at the max) everything collapses. Thanks to the Bach flowers and to this precious mix, I seem to find that I have an iron will! I don't give up, I'm less hungry and most of all, my craving for sweets is much less present. This change does seem quite fantastic to me! I have already lost some weight and I feel like I can maintain this.
