Hi Tom,

You've asked me to give feedback… So here it goes: It's been a week now since my body's changing…
I don't know if this is due to your mix or myself :-)

Since about two weeks I quit smoking! I'm no longer craving to smoke!
That's the most important :-)

I didn't have any binges since about one week and two days either.
Normally I crave sweets or hearty food every week for about 2/3 days.
I also feel better and better mentally. I've started working out again 1,5 weeks ago. That has a lot to do with it I think.
