After two failed attempts quit smoking thanks to Bach Flowers

Hi Tom,

I wanted to say that the Bach Flowers work perfectly. I have tried to stop smoking twice before. Once for three weeks and the other time for four weeks, but I would relapse every single time. Now I have quit smoking for six months.

I started taking the drops on the third week of quitting, because I felt the craving for a cigarette would get worse and worse. Since I used the combination “stop smoking”, I lost interest in cigarettes and I can even sit with people that do smoke. It just doesn’t bother me anymore. Even if I drink something, I have no need for a cigarette, and these were the most difficult moments.

To quit smoking is never easy and I should know because I tried twice before and relapsed. Now I have the courage I need to stay off cigarettes and feel better than ever! I taste my food again and things I couldn’t eat before I do now! Packing up smoking gives me more breath and I start doing sports again. I’m a very different man. What happened because of these drops is unbelievable and they definitely worked for me!
