Hi Tom,

You asked me if I would share my experiences of Bach flowers with you.
I've been using the for almost three weeks and my hot flashes are as good as gone, which is wonderful!

After I had used the Bach flowers for about eight days I had two days in which I was feeling very down, almost depressed.
Luckily this only lasted for two days! Afterwards it was better.
I feel fine again now and it's like I have lots more energy.
I haven't managed to lose any weight yet.
In any case, I'm satisfied and will order a new bottle soon.
