It's time for me to re-order the mix. It continues to work miracles for me. And there are some very significant positive side-effects:

1. It made my years-long sleep apnea disappear. Apparently, it was the central sleep apnea rather than obstructive and the mix corrected the neurotransmitters.

2. It keeps my atrial fibrillation (palpitations and arrhythmia) at bay and replaces the beta blocker I've been taking for the last many years.

3. It relieved my severe fibromyalgia pain at the trigger points by about 80 percent at rest. Hopefully, it could help the pain associated with physical activity one day.
