Dear Tom,

It’s been three months since I had been taking my personal Bach flower mix and here are my experiences:

• A sense of calm, I’m no longer getting angry so much
• A general feeling of comfort, I feel good in my own body and in my head
• I’m less sick then before (troatinfections…)

The daily problems and worries are still there, but I view them from a different place, with more calm and perspective.

Now I am stopping the treatment but as soon as I feel irritated again, and become more easily angry, I will start taking Bach flowers again.
