Hello Tom,

My horse finds it very stressful when we go for an outside walk alone. That's reflected in her being scared as we walk out and then on the way home she's pressing on, and tries to get home as quickly as possible. However, now that she takes Bach flower mix 120 she's a lot more relaxed and she just walks home easily.

I only use the drops when we go for an outside walk. I use 6 drops on a loaf of bread, and after 10 to 15 minutes I use 6 more drops.

Afterwards we go for our outside walk. It works pretty quickly.
