- Bach flowers mix 47 Hi Tom,
I’d like to wish you a very happy 2015 to start with. It’s about 6 weeks now that I’m taking your mix 47 and I have the impression that I’m more at peace. For some time I’ve been feeling a bit exhausted, surely because of winter and a lack of luminosity.
I had troubles sleeping, I was afraid not to fall asleep early enough to be fit the next day and I took Lexomil for that. Still, I didn’t want to become addicted to that, that’s why I tried mix 47.
The fear I was talking about gradually diminished and now I’ve even stopped taking Lexomil. I am a very sporty type (triathlon) and recovery is therefore quite important to me. Since three weeks I also started with your mix 44 because I don’t have a lot of faith in myself, I doubt myself, and always feel that others are better than I am, stronger than I am…
I think this mix will help me in my training and on competitions, and especially in my daily life. Thank you so much for your help.
