Hi Tom,

Just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it is to see a positive change in my daughter.

I sent you a mail because she had some trouble concentrating at school.

I notice that she's more enthusiastic to start working, takes initiative to do things for herself, perseveres, and is more patient when she's not able to do something immediately.

This is obviously very good for her confidence which finally breaks the vicious circle! Her catch phrase: "I'm not able to" has turned into "I want to be able to." I cannot start to explain what this does to a mother's heart.
