Professional exhaustion improved for the first time in years

Hi Tom,

A month ago I started taking the Bach flowers for professional exhaustion. You asked me to keep you posted about my experiences. Therefor I send you this mail. First I should tell you why I chose the Bach flowers for professional exhaustion.

I have been taking anti-depressants for over 5 years. The reason for that is the following, I have a heavy and emotional divorce behind me and recently they diagnosed Parkinson’s disease on my current husband. These last years the disease of my husband is going too fast and I have trouble placing it all.

This final year at work, having to put too much energy and hours in all types of new things they brought in, I could not execute my work properly. That was probably the drop that made my pot boil over.

My energy is gone, coming home from work I could no longer leave the sofa. I didn't want to do my hobby either. When the kids are visiting for a day I am also exhausted.

I went to the physiotherapy in the month of July, because the stress at work was too much for me, and the anti-depressants were increased. I didn’t feel so good about that. I had a month of sick leave, but the energy didn’t come back.

Thanks to the Bach flower mix I climb from the well I have been in. I've started to be interested again in my hobby and I feel as if my energy has returned.

Hopefully it keeps going on this way. I have good hopes because Bach flowers are the first things that effectively gave improvement after so many years. I will report again after three months.
