Hi Tom,

In this email I would like to share my experiences on the Bach Flower combination for mood swings. When I ordered it, I was rather sceptical because I don’t believe in alternative healing. Because of this I didn’t tell my partner I was taking Bach Flowers for mood swings.

From one moment to another I could have a total turnaround and be quite cold and aggressive. On a certain day, I think I was taking the drops for a month, my husband said that it seemed my anger had gone down and it made life a lot more pleasant. I was really amazed, because I didn’t notice it myself. For the first time I felt that my husband was suffering because of my mood swings and that made me take the drops further.

Now I have been taking them for three months and I have to say that my relationship has improved a lot. Also, I didn’t experience any sudden changes in mood during that time. Anger or rages are completely gone and I became more peaceful and stable.

I must admit that I have a different opinion on alternative healing now, definitely concerning Bach Flowers . They improved my life and relationship, thank you for that.
