Hi Tom,

First and foremost, I wish you a happy 2014. Now, the results of the 'fireworks drops'. It went great.

I gave my doggy shaggy the drops every hour on New Year's Eve. It was banging the whole day but she remained quiet. She did get startled from time to time but she calmed down immediately. She looked around for some time and then immediately laid her head down again.

At 12 am, she was obviously not very happy, but she wasn't as frantic as the year before. She didn't try burying herself in the shower, she wasn't wheezing, didn't run in panic through the house, and wasn’t shaking. All these things were the case last year. Then she didn't let anyone hold or comfort her. Truly an improvement.

She even played some football with me in the evening and went for a run with me in the morning. So she did get distracted a bit. Last year she wouldn't go out of the house.
You can expect me next year.
