Exactly one week ago I started giving Bach Flowers to my Dalmatian Aiko.

From day one the difference was notable. At first, I was a bit precautious, because it might just be coincidence that he’s having a good day for example. But it wasn’t. He’s still up at about 5 a.m., this morning however at 6 a.m., but he’s patient and awaits me calmly on his little carpet.

No more loud barking, no walks in the middle of the night anymore… After more than a year I can sleep through the night again. Although, now I’m the one waiting for him. So for me its an adaptation as well, but a good one. 

He greets me with as much enthusiasm as before, but not ‘over the top’ anymore. The only thing he has got to learn still is to be able to be alone for longer moments without barking. I am confident this will change as well. He seems to have more confidence in the fact that he knows I’m there. 

I want to thank you a lot… I told my story to everyone who listened. I even sent some customers your way.
