Hello Tom,

I wanted to share my story about my alcohol addiction. Not long ago, I was one of those people reading the testimonials on the Bach Flower pages, and noticed a lot of people stopped drinking because of these Bach Flower Remedies. Although I haven’t completely stopped drinking, I am now a social drinker instead of a problematic one!

Previously I could not stop drinking, once I had three glasses. Now I have my drinking much more in hand. I only drink on special occasions and I can stop whenever I feel I had a bit too much. I have become more sensitive to alcohol and I will automatically stop in time. 

The Bach Flower Remedy has helped me a lot, especially in the beginning when temptation is that great. I had difficult moment, but the Bach Flower drops took those away like it was nothing!

Now, I am pretty sure of myself and have no fear of relapsing. I feel good and have no desire to undo the good that I done. That doesn’t mean I won’t drink anymore, but only on occasion and in moderation.
