Hi Tom,

It’s been six months since I stopped drinking and I feel great! No more headaches, no fatigue, more active, I’m alive again! It’s only now that I realize how alcohol has numbed me and depressed me, and I just stopped living.

Bach Flowers really helped me through the difficult periods. Some days I would repeatedly say to myself “don’t drink”. When I had these moments I would take four drops of Bach Flower Remedy and no longer get the urge to drink!

Meanwhile, I also attended AA meetings, which gave me a lot of extra support. Because of the Bach Flowers and AA meetings, I have the strength to keep on going. Bach Flowers definitely made it a lot easier to stop drinking.
